                                             Shipping

       You wont have to worry about your package during transit.We ship all items in a plain brown box with a regularly addressed shipping label. Your order will come with a tracking number so you can check up and follow your package on its route to your doorstep. We only ship inside the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) to ensure package safety and since our facility is located in the United States you can expect to get your piece within 5 days. Standard shipping is always free, we ship using USPS First Class Mail.   

Returns

Under certain circumstances you may qualify for a return if the problem is a result of our fault. We only accept clean unused pieces, if the piece has been used the warranty is voided and we wont accept it. The first thing you must do in the return process will be to contact us and inform us of the problem through email:

A:  Shipping will take 3-5 days for the package to be delivered depending on where you live.

Q:  Will it say anything about pipes on the box or shipping label?

A: Nope, all orders are shipped in a plain brown box with a regularly addressed shipping label. The name will read X-Cel GP.

Q:  Where are you located?

A: We are located in the United States, MI allowing us to get packages to you quicker without being intercepted by customs

Q:  What will show up on my bank statement?

A: The only thing it will say on your statement is Excel GP

Q:    Do you ship internationally?

A: No we only ship inside the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Q:  Are the pictures of the actual pipes for sale?

A:  Yes all pictures are taken of the actual pipes we have for sale.
